A customised lithium battery for every application

Our extensive experience in the industrial sector has enabled us to develop over 700 customised lithium battery models ranging from 24 V to over 800 V, ensuring maximum versatility and adaptability. Each battery is designed to integrate seamlessly with the machinery it is installed in, optimising space and meeting the specific operational requirements.

The brain behind all Flash Battery lithium batteries: our smart BMS

The Flash Balancing System, our patented Battery Management System (BMS), is designed to optimise safety, efficiency, and the operational lifespan of the battery. Thanks to an exclusive balancing system that operates both actively and passively at high power (20 A), the BMS ensures that the battery maintains high performance over time and a long service life, exceeding 4,000 charge cycles.

Through an interactive installation within our stand, visitors will have the opportunity to clearly understand how our Flash Balancing System works and explore the advantages of our proprietary technology firsthand.

The industrial process that turns ideas into tangible electrification solutions

Creating a lithium battery for a machine or industrial vehicle involves a structured industrial process, starting with discussions with the customer to understand the specific operational requirements of the equipment. This is followed by mechanical and electrical design, production, and mass manufacturing.

Each Flash Battery lithium battery is designed by following a proven industrial process that enables us to develop and manufacture most of the strategic components in-house. We collaborate closely with the customer to provide the most suitable electrification solution for each piece of equipment, overseeing every stage of the project: from analysing operational requirements and battery sizing to production, testing, field trials, installation, and ongoing training.

Additionally, to extend the daily operating range of machinery, Flash Battery's lithium batteries support fast charging, minimising downtime and ensuring seamless continuity. Moreover, the proprietary Flash Balancing System enables partial charging and discharging, providing exceptional flexibility while preserving the battery’s efficiency and autonomy.

The proprietary Flash Data Center remote control system, integrated with the latest AI algorithms and machine learning, remotely monitors and analyses the health status of all active Flash Battery batteries worldwide on a daily basis. This enables the early detection of potential anomalies, allowing for continuous predictive maintenance that eliminates machine downtime and associated operational and intervention costs.

Lastly, the long operational lifespan is another key advantage: with over 4,000 full charge cycles, our lithium batteries often outlast the machinery itself, making them a durable and reliable investment for the future of construction sites.
