Developing a custom battery pack involves understanding the needs of manufacturers and devising tailor-made solutions for each sector.
Since 2012, the focus on the industrial machines and vehicles market has allowed us to work with some of the leading OEMs in Europe, producing custom batteries for them, meeting the strict space requirements of the vehicle, the choice of voltage and the capacity, the electric and safety configuration, and the customisation of the battery software.
From the prototype to serial production, Flash Battery’s added value is always being by the manufacturer’s side so the batteries are perfectly integrated, while optimising performance and range and reducing the maintenance costs of the entire machine.
A Tried-and-True industrial approach
Designing and manufacturing custom lithium batteries requires a full understanding and control of every single component. Only then is it possible to supply reliable, high-performance batteries, delivered on time to the highest quality standards.
For this reason, at Flash Battery we have chosen to concentrate our internal know-how within our Reggio Emilia HQ. We purchase the cells from the world’s leading manufacturers, but everything else is designed and produced internally. From the laser welding of the modules to our patented BMS Flash Balancing System, via the mechanical and electrical design, the manufacturing process from prototype to production, the certifications, process validation and predictive maintenance: our team devote great attention to every detail.
This method, where all parts of the business work in close synergy together, allows us to generate innovation internally, delivering custom solutions with common standards.
